  • “Class B” $25,000 - $99,000 (1-3 Units) = 8% return 
  • “Class C” $100,000 - $499,000 (4-19 Units) = 9% return
  • "Class D" $500,000 to $999,9999 (20-39.99) = 10% return
  • "Class E" $1,000,000 to $1,999,999 (40-79.99) = 11% return
  • "Class F" $2,000,000 or more (80 units or more) = 12% return

Investor capital will fund real estate investment loans - fix and flip, buy and hold, etc.
