Who Are We?
We are 608B Capital. Our story begins over 20 years ago at Radford University, where our founders, Jason Seward and Bill Phillips, were roommates in apartment 608B Clement St.
This shared history has led to the creation of a real estate journey that pays homage to our roots. Now, we own multiple properties throughout central and southeast Virginia, making significant impacts on our communities, one door at a time.

Jason, Bill, and Tim have cumulatively transacted well over 100 real estate deals in the past several years. They have first-hand experience in buying, selling, underwriting, borrowing, lending, and beyond.
